Kristin Glenn brings over 30 years of experience in education, healthcare, and nonprofit leadership. She holds an MBA and currently serves as Bereavement
Coordinator, Education Manager, and Marketing Co-Director at the Women’s Clinic of Northern Colorado. Her passion for improving access to collaborative, seamless care for women is what draws her to Beyond The Shell Inc. She believes women deserve to be seen, heard, and supported through every stage of life, and she is inspired by the profound energy and resilience of women. She has taught middle school, high school, and specialized classes in prenatal education, parenting,
lactation, teen mom support, and bereavement care—reflecting her belief that education and support are pivotal to family well-being.
Kristin has served as Executive Director for two Northern Colorado nonprofits and understands the challenges and grit it takes to make visionary projects a reality. She is deeply committed to community involvement and advancing holistic care models
that empower women and families.

Bio

Sandy is a healthcare professional with more than 40 years of experience serving her last decades with University of Colorado Health.  Love for people and need for kindness and caring lead to her career.  A career encompassing bedside care, charge nurse, clinical educator, acute inpatient unit manager, and acute inpatient supervisor of business operations. She enjoyed collaborating with others, evaluating outcomes, and developing education and protocols for care providers when outcomes identified a need for new practices. She was  accountable for budget, operations, and procedures to meet best practice and regulatory requirements. Her passion was caring for individuals who put their trust in her hands.  She felt honored. 

An exacting chapter for her was stepping away from management to mentor new managers and focus on development of the business office. Prior to retirement, she was an advisor to management and the appointed business supervisor.  Stepping back to have others plan and make decisions was challenging and rewarding for her.  Everything she was involved in was because of a passion for others to succeed and share her knowledge and insights. 

She loves the outdoors and finds it hard to be inside on a sunny day.  But it is evident her family and spending time with grandchildren is her greatest adoration.

I have a B.S. and M.S. in Pathobiology from the University of Connecticut and a PhD in Cell and Developmental Biology from Harvard University. I worked as a biological researcher at MIT Lincoln Laboratory for 27 years, where I gained experience conducting studies concerning human pathogens and human genetics, and developing solutions to national security problems. I currently support my local food pantry in a variety of ways, including serving as Treasurer. I have always been dismayed at the lack of cohesion of women’s health care, particularly concerning pregnancy, balancing family and career, and navigating all the stages of menopause. I’m excited to be part of this endeavor to provide a solution.

​My name is Niki Froman. I am from Fort Collins, CO and am proud to be raising my 3 amazing children with my partner in this community.

I have 20 years of experience in healthcare, 15 years working with clients in a hospital setting, and the last 5 years in private practice. During my time in the hospital I specialized in the Birthing Center, Postpartum Unit and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. I also play a role on the Crisis Support Team and at Outpatient Child Therapy Services for the Cleft Lip/Palate Clinic.

My educational background includes both my Bachelors of Social Work Degree and Masters of Social Work Degree from Colorado State University. I have additional experience and training in crisis intervention, trauma informed practices, birth trauma, NICU trauma, child loss, parent/child interactions, pregnancy and postpartum.

 My belief embodies the strength of relationships and empowering self advocacy. I specialize in working with families, women and children experiencing life transitions.  There can be several different types of transitions, but no matter the situation, these can bring adversity, challenges and unexpected trauma. By identifying strengths and resiliency in each family foundation or individual, these can provide the structure to help healing begin. It has always been my goal to have a positive impact on our community.​​

Amanda Froman brings more than 23 years of experience in construction accounting, financial management, and human resources. After serving as Controller for an excavation and utility contracting company, she launched her own business providing accounting services to small businesses. Throughout her career, Amanda has managed complex financial reporting and compliance requirements for projects funded through agencies including CDOT, FEMA, and CDOR, ensuring accurate tracking and stewardship of public funds. She has also provided human resource leadership and has served for nine years on the board of the Longmont Area Human Resource Roundtable, supporting businesses across Colorado's Front Range. Amanda's extensive expertise in financial oversight, compliance, and reporting positions her to help Inner Shell Therapy maintain the highest standards of accountability and grant management.
