Desired Board Member Applicant
Beyond The Shell Inc. is seeking compassionate, engaged, and community-minded individuals who believe in strengthening the systems of care surrounding women, birthing partners, families, healthcare professionals, and first responders.
Ideal board members bring a combination of professional expertise, lived experience, community connections, leadership skills, or a genuine passion for our mission. We welcome individuals from diverse professional backgrounds, including healthcare, mental health, business, finance, law, philanthropy, fundraising, marketing, community engagement, education, and nonprofit leadership.
Board members do not need to be experts in every area. We value individuals who are willing to contribute their unique strengths, collaborate with others, advocate for the organization, and actively participate in helping Beyond The Shell grow sustainably.
